Although Stewart works in all fine metals, he specializes in 18k gold and platinum. His preferred method is fabrication, the same method used in making the world's finest jewelry throughout the ages. It involves the milling, cutting, and shaping of metal to produce a longer-wearing piece with greater integrity. There are no waxes, no molds, no duplicates. Each is truly one-of-a-kind.

Occasionally Stewart creates a limited edition of a particular design or molds a work that was originally hand-fabricated as he has done with his "Celtic Cross", "Celtic Knot Pendant", and "Hunab Ku" designs.

Stewart's "Flying Pig" was originally carved in wax and cast. However, each set of wings is hand-fabricated then pegged and soldered into place. Each silver pig weighs approximately 18 grams (just over 1/2 ounce), requiring a heavy chain for support.

All silver designs are available in 18k gold or platinum, but because of fluctuating metal prices, cost will be quoted at the time of order.
